What do these bloggers have in common in these pictures?

They are all wearing sleek and comfy shoes from S&H, a new shoe brand that stands for Shoes & Happiness, two words that are synonymous as far as fashionable girls are concerned.
The brand was coined by sisters Sally and Julie who were originally into the business of selling men’s shoes called Italianos. They saw an opportunity in catering to the needs of young ladies who are looking for classic shoes with a twist. They wanted to target women who are already spending a lot on clothes and need to be more discerning when it comes to their shoe purchases.
I don’t know about you but I can’t push myself to buy a 5-digit (or more!) peso pair of shoes only coz it’s the first thing that gets dirty when I go out. It’s just not practical. I appreciate the Louboutins of the world but I can’t think of a hundred events to use it to that will make the cost worth it. Good for those who have a lot to spend. But for girls like me who actually need to budget for other more important things, we are thankful for brands like S&H who understand what we want: stylish, comfortable yet affordable. Each pair of S&H shoes is priced from PHP800 to PHP2,000 (USD20 to USD50) only. Not bad at all. Wear a PHP2,000 pair 10 times and it’s just like buying a PHP200 pair per wear.
I visited their Landmark branch the other day and owner Sally showed me a lot of nice shoe styles. They have wedges (my favorite!), stilettos, brogues, loafers, sandals, boots, and flats.
I have always been iffy about the shape of my feet. I think they are a cm wider than the average width. Maybe that’s why when choosing shoes, I normally go for those in muted colors. I don’t like directing attention to my feet. But I also don’t want to let go of the main accessory that completes an outfit. I like well-structured shoes. These three pairs were my S&H picks (not that I am an expert). My personal choices were a pair of beige pumps, sky-high gray stilettos, and a mash-up of brown peep-toe oxfords and wedges.
I also like this leather boot. It’s perfect for the weather in London!
TRAVEL & FASHION
Here’s Sally during one of her Euro trips wearing a pair of camel patent pumps from S&H:
Sally reminds me of myself. She also took a cool detour from culinary, her first love, to fashion. I was taking up Legal Management and Economics in college when I decided early on that I didn’t want to become a lawyer anymore. I changed my tracks to Management and Communications with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising. Can’t say I regret the sudden shift. I like where I am now. 🙂
Like me, Sally also has a travel buddy, Angelie. Like Sally, Angelie happens to be a seller as well. She owns Gifts Ahoy which is an online shop for trendy clothes and accessories. These two met in one bazaar and instantly became friends.
This is me and my travel buddy Rhona in the countries we’ve been to together:
This is Sally with Angelie in one of their trips from Dubai to Greece to Italy:
Angelie travels to HongKong at least 6 times a year to bring home the trendiest giftable pieces. She sells these pieces on her site HERE.
Her items are fast-moving so I suggest that when you like something, buy it at once!
Gifts Ahoy is also a favorite of stylists who dress-up stars like Sam Pinto, Julia Clarete, and Pauleen Luna.
Ok, I’m cutting this entry short to do some online shopping! 😉
