VECTOR ART

DIGITAL ART

My Photoshop skills are very limited. I envy those who can jumble backgrounds and textures and cook-up pretty awesome digital art. I need to understand how something is created though because of the nature of my job. I work closely with graphic artists and creative directors whom I have utmost respect for. They are gifted! They see the world in different perspectives, literally and figuratively.

There are times when my artist friends are itching to produce something creative and end up playing around with my photos. The vain person that I admittedly am doesn’t complain. I like seeing how other people see me. Sometimes we have this image of ourselves in our minds and when people try to draw their perception of us, we either see a huge difference or an uncanny resemblance.

Here are impressions of me by three different artists through the years:

Lorenz Namalata

Glenn Pablo

Would like to thank each of them for taking the time and for not giving up on what another artist friend describes as a somewhat “generic face”. 😉
